The BIBO Foundation is proud to welcome in the new class of amazing and trailblazing women for 2025! For over 10 years, BIBO has recognized and honored exceptional women in various fields and industries who have a history of giving back to others. We continue that tradition this year by honoring more female role models and including them in the list of over 100 women we’ve honored over the years who truly embody REAL beauty inside and out!
We are also excited to honor the second class of exceptional young women for The McKnight Scholarship and McKnight Grant !

Must have a track record of success in her given field for at least 5 years.

Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required).

Must be over the age of 25 years old (EXCEPTION: A special category, BIBO Starlet Award, is given to young ladies between the ages of 15 – 25 who have shown exceptional talent and/or exceptional work in giving back to the community.).

Those submitting nominations (Referrers) will need to provide a written essay of at least 500 words or a 2-3 minute video detailing why this particular person should be considered for an award.

Must be between the ages of 17-25 years old.

Must have a high school GPA of at least 4.0 or a college GPA of at least 3.2 (transcript required).

Must have a track record of participation in extracurricular activities (proof required).

Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required).

Must provide proof of financial need.

Must provide a written essay of at least 1000 words or a 2-3 minute video detailing why she should be considered for an award.
