Must be between the ages of 17-25  years old.

Must have a high school GPA of at least 3.0 or a college GPA of at least 3.0 (transcript required).

Must have a track record of participation in extracurricular activities (proof required).

Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required).

Must provide proof of financial need.

Must provide a 2-3 minute video detailing why she  should be considered for an award.
