Must have a track record of success in her given field for at least 5 years.

Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required).

Must be over the age of 25 years old  (EXCEPTION: A special category, BIBO Starlet Award, is given to young ladies between the ages of 15 – 25 who have shown exceptional talent and/or exceptional work in giving back to the community.).

Those submitting nominations (Referrers) will need to provide a written statement or a 2-3 minute video about the nominee and why they should receive the B.I.B.O award, highlighting their impact in business and the community at large.
